Golden Ticket Giveaway Terms & Conditions

To celebrate our opening day, Square Pie Guys is giving away one (1) Golden Ticket, valid for Free Square Pie Guys for a Year.

How it Works:

  • The 65th customer to place an in-store order on opening day for our new Square Pie Guys Campbell location will receive the Golden Ticket, hidden inside their order.

  • This Golden Ticket unlocks $200/month in Square Pie Guys credit for 12 months, redeemable exclusively through the Square Pie Guys (SPG) App.

How to Claim the Golden Ticket

If you are the winner of the Golden Ticket, follow these steps to redeem your prize:

  1. Download the SPG App (available on iOS and Android).

  2. Email us at marketing@squarepieguys.com with:

    • Your full name

    • Your phone number + email address

    • A screenshot confirming the app is installed

Your contact information will be used only to verify eligibility and fulfill this promotion. Square Pie Guys does not sell or share personal information with third parties. Your data will be handled securely and deleted once the giveaway has been fulfilled.

Terms & Conditions

This promotion is open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older. Employees of Square Pie Guys and their immediate family members are not eligible. The Golden Ticket will be awarded to the 65th in-store customer at our Campbell location on opening day. The prize includes $200 in credit per month for 12 months (total value: $2,400), redeemable exclusively through the SPG App and only at the Campbell location. Credits do not roll over and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for tips, fees, or third-party orders.

To claim the prize, the winner must follow the instructions listed above. Square Pie Guys may use the winner’s name or likeness for promotional purposes. We are not responsible for technical issues or delays and reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time. Any abuse, fraud, or failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California. This promotion is void where prohibited by law. The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited. Prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or transfers allowed, except by Square Pie Guys at its sole discretion. Winner is responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and governed by California law.
